Shipping and Delivery

1. **Preparation Time:** The preparation time for your orders is 1-2 business days. Shipments are not made on public holidays.

2. **Shipping:** After the preparation period, your order will be shipped to you.

3. **Shipping Tracking Number:** The shipping tracking number for your product(s) that have completed the preparation phase will be sent to the email address you provided when you registered.

4. **Information Regarding Circumstances That May Cause Delivery Delays:**
- In Turkey, the distance to the delivery address and the frequency of visits by the shipping company to the region can affect the delivery date and may cause delays in order delivery.
- Adverse weather and transportation conditions in the delivery area may delay product delivery.
- There is always a certain level of congestion in cargo deliveries during periods coinciding with New Year's, holidays, and special occasions. Delivery of orders placed during these special days may be delayed.

5. **Weekends and Public Holidays:** Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays will be processed on the first business day following the holiday.

6. **Shipping Companies Used:** We work with MNG Kargo, Aras Kargo, and Yurtiçi Kargo.

7. **Shipping Fee:** Shipping is free for orders of ₺2,000 and above. For orders below ₺2,000, a shipping fee of ₺80 will be charged at the payment stage.

8. **Information:** When your order is shipped, an email notification will be sent to the email address you provided during registration. You can track the status of your order by logging into the platform.

9. **Address Change:** If your order status hasn't changed to "shipped," you can request an address change via WhatsApp, including your order number and new address information.

10. **If the Order Doesn't Arrive:** Your orders are delivered to the address you specified. If you are not at that address, the MNG Cargo delivery person will leave a note stating that you can pick up your package from the nearest MNG Cargo branch. You must pick up the package from the specified MNG Cargo branch within two days at the latest.
