This Information Notice, issued by Mehmet Nesihi Özmen Mh. Gülsever Sk. 17/40 , aims to fulfill our obligation to inform you, the data subjects, in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"). This Notice explains the procedures our company must follow during the processing of your personal data, as well as your rights and freedoms.

In accordance with Article 13, paragraph 1 of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), you can submit your request regarding the exercise of your rights mentioned above to our company in writing, via our call center, email, or other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.

Our company will process your request free of charge within a maximum of 30 days, depending on the nature of the request. However, a fee may be charged if the process requires additional costs. Our company may accept and process the request or reject it in writing, stating its reasons.
